Cancellation by You:

If you need to cancel your enrollment in a Gold Leaf Training course, please notify us at least 7 days prior to the course start date. You will receive a full refund of your course fee.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the course date, while not eligible for a refund, can be transferred to the next available course date at no additional charge.

Cancellation by Gold Leaf Training:

In the rare event that we must cancel a course, we will provide as much notice as possible. You will have the option to receive a full refund or transfer your enrollment to a future course date.

Refunds:

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow 5 business days for the refund to be processed.
